At BATIK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original batik tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure the delicate fabric remains protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
